1. General Agreement

By accessing and using this website or any services provided by Caverhill Photography, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or its services.

2. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images, content, and materials on this website and in client galleries are the property of Caverhill Photography.

Clients are granted personal usage rights for images delivered as part of their photography package.

Commercial use of images is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing (ie - branding/business session)

Clients may not edit, alter, or redistribute images without permission.

3. Client Galleries

Online galleries will remain accessible for 2 months from the delivery date.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. Caverhill Photography is not responsible for lost files after the gallery expires. A $40 unarchiving fee applies.

4. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used only for the purposes of delivering photography services and communicating with you.

Caverhill Photography will not share your information with third parties without consent.

5. Modifications

Caverhill Photography reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
